Your first payment is $750. After that, $250/month. I build the site, launch it, and stay on to keep it updated for as long as you're with me, so no re-hiring, no starting over, just steady support built into one simple monthly rate.

What’s Included With Care?
You shouldn't have to learn a website builder to run your business. You get me instead. Email me what you need changed, and it's handled.
Updates and changes, handled by me. New photos, updated text, seasonal hours, price changes, staff updates, a new service you've started offering, send it over and it's done.
Small additions as your business changes. A new page, a new section, a new form, the site grows with you instead of going stale.
Someone who already knows your site. No re-explaining your business to a stranger, no hunting for whoever built it, no waiting on a quote before anything can happen.
If something breaks, I fix it. A form stops sending, a link dies, something shifts after a platform update, that's on me. No charge, no ticket, no waiting to find out it's been broken for a month.
Photos handled properly. Send me the picture straight off your phone. I'll size and optimize it so your site stays fast instead of crawling.
Included each month: up to an hour of work on your site. That's an hour of my time building and editing, not a meeting you have to schedule. After your first year, that doubles to two hours a month at the same price. If something bigger ever comes up, I'll tell you what it runs before I start, never after.

Your hosting plan (~$25–35/mo, depending on what your site needs) and your domain (~$20–30/yr) are billed directly to you, in your own account, on either option. You own both from day one, they're never part of my rate.

Your domain is registered in your name from day one always, on either option. On Website + Care, I stay on as site owner while your plan is active so I can make changes fast; if you ever cancel, full ownership transfers to you within 10 business days, no fee, no games. On just new website, full access is yours the moment your last payment clears.
Nothing about your website is ever held hostage. That's a promise, and it's in writing.

Just a new website is priced as a one-off project — it costs more up front because there's no ongoing relationship behind it, and once it's paid, you're on your own unless you add Care later.

Because it's a standalone build with no ongoing support attached. Website + Care is priced with the long-term relationship in mind — you're spreading the build cost out and keeping me available every month after. A new website is just the site, delivered and handed over.

Two reasons. Through your first year, that monthly payment is still covering the build itself — a full custom website for $3,500, spread out instead of due up front. After that, you're paying to keep me on: a designer who already knows your site, ready when something needs to change, with no quote or negotiation before anything gets done. If you'd rather not have that, just a new website exists for exactly that reason.

Your site is built for search from the start — proper page structure, titles, descriptions, and local details so Buffalo-area customers can actually find you. On a Care plan, every new page I add gets the same treatment. If you want a dedicated, ongoing SEO push beyond that, that's separate work and we'd scope it out together.

Whichever one actually fits your business — that's my call to make so it doesn't have to be yours. Most local service businesses do best on Squarespace; some need what WordPress does better. Either way, Care plans work the same, and we'll talk it through on your first call so you know exactly what you're getting.
